Carden Park provided a challenging test for all 26 golfers as they hit the fairway to compete for winning status at the annual golf day – challenges included beat the pro, longest yard, nearest to the pin, and forfeits for bunker shots on the 18th hole. Heightsafe are delighted to announce that £1,000.00 was raised through bunker forfeits, as well as a raffle and sports themed auction that took place during the evening meal.
Harry Boshell, Partnerships Manager at Claire House Children’s Hospice said:
“The best thing about Heightsafe is how passionate they are about Claire House, they’re an incredibly valued supporter of ours. The fantastic amount raised on the day will make a huge difference to Claire House families and it was a fantastic occasion to be involved in!”
India Ikonomides, Head of Marketing at Heightsafe added:
“We had a fantastic day celebrating Heightsafe’s 10 year anniversary, whilst raising awareness and fundraising for a truly amazing charity, Claire House Children’s Hospice. A massive thank you to those who joined us and contributed so kindly. The £1,000.00 raised will help towards making a difference for the children and families that the charity serves.”
