Due to continued growth, we are looking for a bright, flexible team player to work within our Compliance, Maintenance and Lightning Protection divisions daily to assist in the administration of jobs assigned to and completed by multiple site teams.
- Department: Lightning Protection Division
- Reporting To: Head of Fulfillment / Head of Lightning Protection
- Location: Croft Business Park, Bromborough
- Job type: Full-time, Contract
- Basic Salary: Generous, dependent on experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generating Lightning Protection certification based on reports from site operatives
- Quality checks on certificates and reports to ensure that correct information is presented to clients
- Assisting the Contract Manager in calling clients to arrange access
- Assisting in ordering materials for jobs
- Assisting in ordering access machinery and equipment
- Applying costs to jobs within our CRM system (Prime)
- Compiling Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) reports for Head of Fulfilment
- Answering the phone
- Ad Hoc Admin
- Hotel / accommodation booking for site teams
- Booking and paying for parking for site teams

Desirable skills
- Knowledge / Experience of working within the Lightning Protection Industry or Industrial Electrical Services
- Experience of working within a commercial/industrial service industry
- Work at Height / Health & Safety knowledge
