Mobile Man Anchor

Mobile Man Anchors are a temporary solution for locations where it is not possible to permanently fit either Collective Edge or Personal Fall Protection.

When required in a location where it’s not viable to fit Guardrail, Heightsafe Systems Mobile Man Anchor provides an easy, cost effective solution, without compromise to safety.

These portable systems are extremely versatile and are used in a variety of locations and conditions. There is no need to structurally attach the system to the surface of the roof, meaning this is an easy and adaptable piece of equipment to use when Working at Height. Additionally, a Mobile Man Anchor system does not compromise the roof’s waterproof covering.

  • System Components

The systems split into pieces which allow easy transportation. They are quick and easy to assemble. The centre of the system weighs 20kg, which is constructed from galvanised mild steel and is weighted down with a 20kg rubber and a 20kg steel weight. Our mobile Man Anchor is tested to standard EN795.1997 ,by Satra Technology Centre on the following surfaces in both dry and wet conditions.

Six 20KG Steel Weights, covered in rubber with a heavy duty galvanised hook for attaching to safety ropes.

Available in 300kg, the mobile Man Anchor has an approximate radius of 1.5 metres. Can also be configured for fall arrest as well as fall restraint.
