Traditional hooped Ladders can be designed, manufactured and supplied for all applications. Each system is fully designed and manufactured to meet all relevant European standards including the new BS4211:2005. For additional safety our Ladders can be retro fitted with the CATCHSAFE fall arrest product if necessary.
Traditional Hooped Ladders are available in aluminium, galvanised steel or a range of polyester powder coated finishes depending on your application requirements.
Our Ships Ladders are manufactured from aluminium, both the Ladders and the safety rails can be supplied polyester powder coated or with a mill finish. The Ladders are designed for use in the 65° to 75° range.
All Heightsafe access systems are designed in accordance with BS5395 part 3: 1985 and comply with relevant building regulations. We can also provide a design and specification service – please consult us early in the design process.
The Conveyor / Bridging step is part of a range of specially fabricated non folding design manufactured from structural grade aluminium extrusion.
Designed and built to the exacting performance requirements of BS2037:1994 Class 1 industrial grade. Fitted with non-slip 5 bar aluminium tread plate platforms and fully guarded where necessary to meet with the requirements of the Working At Height Regulations (WAHR) 2005. Depending on the sizes these may be supplied in sub-sections to allow easy assembly on site.
A fully bespoke range of self-closing safety gates for use in rooftop or industrial environments. Safety Gates are ideal for protecting any openings, ladder/ stair access points, roof hatches, walkways access to industrial machinery and other restricted areas, where regular access for maintenance and inspection is required.
Our Gates are spring loaded so will automatically close behind the user.
We customise and install a full range of bespoke and standard Roof Hatches. All sizes and shapes which are suitable for a range of roof types including pitched roofs.
All Roof Hatches come manufactured with its own upstand at no additional cost or they can be designed to fit over an existing upstand already on your roof. If you would like a Roof Hatch to fit over your existing upstand then please contact us as we will need to create a CAD drawing for you to approve before manufacture can commence.
