Not only can your company, or you personally, face a court hearing or trial, and maybe even  criminal charges if you don’t follow the right procedure; but you could also risk the health, safety, or even lives of your co-workers.

Nearly every day of the year there is news of someone being injured, or nearly injured, in an accident in the workplace that could have been prevented.
