A self-employed builder has appeared in court after he erected a series of faulty scaffolds in Portsmouth over several months in late 2013.
The HSE investigated the work carried out by Graham Pedaltey, trading as Graham’s Scaffolds, after a member of the public complained about a dangerous scaffold in North End Avenue in the town.
