The Brief
From Edinburgh to London, The Student Housing Company manage 22 purpose-built student accommodation blocks. Having won ‘Best Student Accommodation Provider’ in the UK on numerous occasions, it is important that their blocks are impeccably maintained both internally and externally. To ensure personnel have safe access to conduct maintenance activities, their facilities team contacted Heightsafe to provide a cost-effective solution.
The Solution
As part of a cost efficiency exercise for the nationwide student accommodation providers, Heightsafe’s specialist Compliance and Fabric Maintenance team provided a cost-effective solution with multi-site compliance contracts as part of an annual schedule.
