Installation and Fabric Maintenance Package for Luxury Accommodation

The Brief
Home to 380 apartments, town houses and penthouses across two towers in Manchester, Domis’ Quantity Surveyor contacted Heightsafe’s specialist installation team to provide a Work at Height and Façade Access package to protect maintenance personnel when the towers open at the end of 2019.
The Solution
Heightsafe’s specialist team designed, supplied and installed Personal Fall Protection systems in addition to a full perimeter Façade Access system to accommodate cleaning and maintenance strategies across the two towers.
The Outcome
As part of the combined package, Heightsafe also provided expert Rope Access services for a post-construction clean once development works concluded. In addition, the luxury accommodation’s future facilities management company has awarded Heightsafe with the contract to complete cleaning and maintenance strategies.
