Exterior Façade Inspection for Large Hospital
The Client
Avrenim Facilities Management was incorporated primarily to ensure continuation of Estate maintenance and service for the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen Hospitals following the collapse of Carillion in 2018.

The Brief
Avrenim were concerned that loose Façade debris could be a potential fall hazard for members of the public, hospital personnel and contractors working in various areas of the hospital grounds. Their Facilities Management team contacted Heightsafe to provide a solution.
The Solution
Heightsafe’s specialist Fabric Maintenance team now provide Façade Inspections twice annually via Rope Access to ensure minimal disruption to business activities.
Some sealing remedials were required during the initial inspection and were completed on the same visit to ensure costs remained as low as possible for the end user.
The Outcome
Avrenim now have peace of mind knowing that their Façades will be regularly inspected, ensuring any remedial actions required are completed within a timely manner and within Planned Preventative Maintenance budgets.
