Kee Line Safety Line Systems are a cost-effective and easy-to-install solution for fall protection at height, where a collective system such as Guardrail cannot be used. Kee Line is designed to provide a secure lifeline for workers while they are working on roofs and other elevated areas.
What is Kee Line?
The Kee Line horizontal lifeline is designed to provide safe access to any area of a roof by allowing workers to be permanently attached to the line and be able to freely move around the roof surface. The Kee Line system utilises 8mm grade 316 stainless steel wire and allows spans of up to 12m between posts.
The versatile system is designed so that the traveller which connects the user to the systems simply glides over brackets, overcoming the need to detach from the lifeline. Depending on the configuration of the system, Kee Line can accommodate up to 3 users and can be fitted to a variety of surfaces.
Kee Line also incorporates PAS (Progressive Absorbing System). If the user falls, the shock absorbers, intermediate brackets and support posts will deploy and deform so that the loadings applied to the building’s structure is below 10Kn.
The use of a Safety Line System must only be carried out by professionals trained in advanced Working at Height and with the relevant PPE knowledge. Heightsafe can provide such training to our clients, ensuring those accessing your site have the correct training to work safely.
Kee Anchor – Portable Safety Line System
Kee Anchor is a freestanding Safety Line System, for use in temporary scenarios or if you do no wish to penetrate the roof membrane but still require a Fall Restraint System to carry out necessary works at height.
Kee Anchor Systems can be used as a single weighted Mobile Man Anchor, or multiple can be set up to create a freestanding Safety Line System.
